- 7×24 technical support and managed services
Specific service scope is defined in individual contracts or service agreements.
2. Service Fees
- Service fees are as specified in signed contracts
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice to existing clients
- Product and service information on this website does not constitute an offer; final pricing is subject to formal quotations
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Service availability: 99.9% (as per contract)
- Critical issue response: within 15 minutes
- On-site arrival: within 2 hours (Beijing area)
- Monthly service reports with SLA compliance metrics
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and company information
- Cooperate with service implementation, providing necessary access and resources
- Pay service fees on time
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Safeguard account credentials and access keys
5. Intellectual Property
- Intellectual property for solutions, technical documentation, and other materials belongs to us or the original rights holders
- Clients may not provide our solutions and documentation to third parties
- All website content is protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced without authorization
6. Confidentiality
Both parties shall maintain confidentiality of business and technical secrets learned during service engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive contract termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by client-side issues
- Our liability is limited to the actual service fees paid by the client
- We are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profits
8. Service Changes & Termination
- We may modify services with advance notice to affected clients
- Clients may terminate services per contract terms
- We may suspend or terminate services for material breach of these terms
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the matter before the competent court in our jurisdiction.
10. Updates
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
